Important information for foreign & local exhibitors.
All Balance/ Remaining payments, must reach the organizers at least 30 days prior to the opening of the event. Money Transfer document should be scanned and emailed to the Organizers. The exhibitor will then receive a clearance certificate which will be presented to the on –site management before taking possession of his stand. Our desire is to serve you proficiently.
Company Brochures for Visitor Campaign / Press Conference
For the pre-event media campaigns and press conferences we would need your printed company brochures or email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com must reach us 30days prior to the opening of the exhibition.
Visa assistance letter, if required should be requested at least 30 days prior to the opening of the exhibition. Please contact your consultant at Unique Trust Exhibition.
Photographs for Exhibitor ID Badges
All delegates’ photographs should be sent to us by email or post and should reach us 30 daysprior to the opening of the exhibition. When sending by email, please name the scanned picture with the name of the delegate and company. When sending by post please write the name of the delegate behind the picture. Files are acceptable in the following formats only: .jpg or .gif (the email / image should not exceed 100 kb)
